***BIG NIGHT OUT 2020 - UPDATE***
The committee held a virtual meeting at the beginning May to discuss the future of this years event. We have been fortunate to be able to wait for some time before needing to consider our options but it is now clear that even with the possibility of some easing of the restrictions, events such as ours with over 3000 people are unlikely to be able to go ahead. The organising committee voted and have unanimously decided to officially cancel Big Night Out 2020.😢 Like all of you we are gutted as we had hoped to offer something for us all to look forward to this summer but alas that's not to be. HOWEVER we can confirm that we have set the date for next year as Saturday 3rd July 2021😎
With regards to refunds TicketSource will be emailing everyone who has purchased tickets advising that the event has been officially cancelled and that you will receive a full refund including any booking fee. This will happen automatically and quickly. TicketSource have been extremely helpful and is why we continue to use them for Big Night Out.
We would like to thank all of you for your continued support of our little village event and particularly those of you that purchased tickets in such record numbers this year. We will be back in 2021 and hope you can all join us then. In the meantime take care and stay safe.
