Madehurst Cricket Club Colts - Under 10s
Do you enjoy sport, playing outside and being part of a team? Then cricket might be for you. Why not come along to a coaching evening and give it a go!
The Under 10 group is for boys and girls in years 3 – 6. They spend lots of time learning skills and techniques, in addition to playing softball and hardball matches against other local clubs. The emphasis is very much on having fun and learning to love the game of cricket. The U10's are coached by Bob Murtagh, an ECB qualified coach.
We have strong links with the Sussex County set up, this year having three players in the Western Warriors and one in the Sussex Development Squad.
Coaching is on Friday evenings from Mid April, 6.30pm to 8.00pm.
We play matches in the Western Area League, on Sunday mornings and we enter the Santander Cup for U10s, which is played at Arundel Castle Cricket Club, followed by a Sussex Sharks T20 match.
